Payment


Payment must be made by bank transfer in advance of the lesson once a lesson time has been agreed. Invoices will be issued, and upon payment, receipts will also be issued. 


Payment can be made to Tutorfair via bank transfer. The lesson is not confirmed until at least 2 students have made payment.


In the event that not all group members have paid before the lesson start time, the lesson will either go ahead without them (when the remaining group has 2 students or more) or be rescheduled (if the remaining group has only 1 student).


Cancellations and refunds


Online group lessons are not covered by our First Lesson Guarantee.


Cancellations must be made by email to support@tutorfair.com and by message or email to the tutor simultaneously. 


Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will result in a full refund for the whole group if the tutor and clients cannot reasonably find another mutually agreeable time to do the session.


Cancellations by one client less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded to that client who cancelled unless agreed by the tutor. The other clients in the group will be refunded in full if the lesson does not go ahead as scheduled as a result.
