The student can cancel the lesson more than 24 hours in advance and they will be fully refunded.
After this period, your cancellation policy is taken into account and the lesson is refunded according to your level of compensation (at 0, 50 or 100%)
To add your cancellation policy:
- Go to the “My Account” tab
- “My payments”
- “Cancellation policy”
You can indicate the desired level of compensation (0, 50 or 100%).
The modification will be automatically saved for your future lessons.
Inform your student before scheduling a lesson of this policy!
