All lessons between a tutor and client are booked and paid for through the Tutorfair system, from the first lesson all the way through to the last.

Tutors add lessons to their availability calendar, or  "suggest lessons" directly in messages to clients. Suggesting lessons makes it easier for the client to book the lesson as they don't have to leave the message thread.

The screen shot below shows what a suggested lesson looks like in the message thread from the client's point of view. They simply tick the box to the right of the lesson that they want to book and add it to their basket - just like online shopping.

Once the client has added the lesson to their basket (from the message thread or from the tutor's calendar) they are taken to the check out page.  Here they simply enter their details and pay for the lesson using a credit/debit card or Paypal.

As soon as they have successfully paid for the lesson they will receive a confirmation email with the details of the lesson and your telephone number. You'll also receive a text message and a message on the Tutorfair website to let you know.

If you have not received these things the lesson has not been booked and paid for and you should prompt your client to make the booking.
