The error "your session has expired" appears when you take longer than 15 minutes to upload your documents and complete the ID check. The system must then reset - this can take up to one hour but is usually much quicker!
When the system has reset it will allow you to try again with the ID check. Often people find this difficult so do make sure that you read the instructions carefully and have all your documents ready before you complete the check.
