What is a "Verified" tutor?

Last Updated: Oct 12, 2016 04:32PM BST

It's a great idea to become a verified tutor on Tutorfair

"Verified" tutors get enhanced visibility on our website because they have gone through an extra layer of verification including:

1. A recent enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (previously CRB) or equivalent check that's valid in the UK - these are the same checks schools use to establish suitability for working with children.

2. Each Verified tutor needs a minimum of 2 references from previous clients (or relevant referees)

3. The tutor has presented documented proof of their qualifications.

4. Finally, we meet every Verified tutor face to face and create a free promotional video for them at our regular Fast Track events, held here at Tutorfair HQ.
