If you haven't already, please enter your sort code and account number, in the 'edit account' section of your Profile, so we can pay you for your lessons.
Your client has 48 hours to notify us of any issues with the lesson and provided there were no issues, we will pay you by direct bank transfer 7-12 days after the lesson.
The Finance Department processes payments each Friday, which are for the lessons that took place in the previous Monday - Sunday cycle.
Lessons on Monday 1st will be paid on Friday 12th
Lessons on Saturday 7th will be paid on Friday 12th
Lessons on Tuesday 10th will be paid on Friday 19th
Lessons on Friday 12th will be paid on Friday 19th
The reason for the lag is because we must first wait to see if there were any issues with the lesson, and then wait for the credit card company to process the payment, and transfer the funds to us.
